Exchange and Refunds
- Returning your product if its unwanted
Due to the nature of our customised items, many of which will contain cremated remains your right to return or cancel products does not apply to goods that are made bespoke to you. However, this does not affect your rights if goods are faulty or not as described.
- If goods are being returned due to a fault or not as described:
Please return you item unused and in original condition (as it was received by you) with proof of purchase within a 30day period. Please be aware that should a refund be requested, we will only process once the item has been returned to and checked by our specialist supplier and deemed faulty.
